What is LabKitPro?
LabKitPro is a self-serve software workbench covering five standards: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), ISO/IEC 17025 (laboratory competence) and IATF 16949 (automotive QMS, published by the IATF rather than ISO). For any of them it helps you diagnose gaps, generate editable documents (manual, procedures, work instructions, forms/records), run a compliance review and use audit-grade calculators — in minutes, not weeks. We are software: we do not certify, accredit, audit or consult.
What can I use for free vs paid?
Free vs paid, in detail: ① Free basic tier: every tool runs in your browser at no cost — document preview (watermarked), compliance screening and uncertainty budget all render on screen so you can try before you buy. ② Reality diagnosis and Forms/Records are free: the heat-map, gap list and Word gap report export free on all five standards (17025/9001/14001/45001/IATF); Forms/Records are always free AND downloadable, watermark-free. ③ Paid (per delivery): one payment = one downloadable, context-aware file or report — country and body context (Global ACI MRA general framework plus e.g. CNAS, A2LA, NVLAP, UKAS, NATA, SINGLAS, NABL for ISO/IEC 17025; the applicable national adoption edition for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; the IATF-recognized CB scheme for IATF 16949), industry, stage and your own rules filled in, watermark removed. Regenerating for a new context or version is a new delivery — pay again or spend points. Per-item prices: Procedure / Work Instruction / single-file review $1.9, Quality Manual / full review $9.9, Uncertainty $4.9. ④ Point packs: prepaid credit (1 point ≈ $1, packs include bonus points) — every generation/download deducts the item cost per delivery (2 points for a Procedure / Work Instruction / single-file review, 5 for Uncertainty or the standards guide, 10 for a Quality Manual or full review); pack points expire 6 months after purchase. Ideal for medium or unpredictable volume. ⑤ Membership tiers — all one-time, never auto-renewed: Pro Monthly $29 (unlimited generation of every paid item, trial tier, cancel anytime); Pro Annual $199 (the same unlimited access for 12 months — 43% cheaper than monthly, best for steady workload and consultants). ⑥ Refund: digital goods are final once generated — no per-item refund; Pro passes are one-time and never auto-renew, and the current period is not refunded.
Which standards do you cover, and how do the bodies fit in?
Five standards, in three different regulatory shapes. ① ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — management-system certification standards sharing the Annex SL clause structure (4–10), so one integrated document set can serve all three. Each country adopts an identical national edition (e.g. GB/T 19001, GB/T 24001, GB/T 45001 in China), so the documents are global and only the cover citation changes. ② ISO/IEC 17025 — a laboratory competence standard assessed through accreditation, not certification. On top of the standard itself we build in the Global ACI mutual-recognition framework (which subsumed the former ILAC MRA on 1 January 2026) plus seven national bodies: CNAS (China), A2LA & NVLAP (USA), UKAS (UK), NATA (Australia), SINGLAS (Singapore) and NABL (India). ③ IATF 16949 — an automotive QMS published by the International Automotive Task Force, not by ISO, sitting on top of ISO 9001 and assessed by IATF-recognized certification bodies. Every output carries exact clause references (sourceRef) so you can verify.
What scope does LabKitPro cover?
All five standards above, each at clause level. Not covered: clinical and medical testing schemes (ISO 15189 and equivalent), sector schemes outside the five standards, and anything requiring a legal opinion. Where a tool only serves one of the five — measurement uncertainty and the laboratory templates, for example — the page says so. Where you have picked an industry (automotive, chemical, food & agriculture, environmental, construction materials, textile & consumer products, jewelry & precious metals, rubber & plastics, NDT, software & IT, calibration & metrology, and general / cross-discipline), outputs are tailored to that sector with the relevant body focus points applied.
Do you replace the certification or accreditation body?
No. LabKitPro is software only — we are not a certification body, an accreditation body, an auditor or a consultancy. We help you prepare; the certification or accreditation decision always rests with the body you are assessed by (a certification body for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and IATF 16949, an accreditation body for ISO/IEC 17025). Our outputs are advisory and your organization remains responsible for the final documents.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The free tier stores nothing — results are generated in your browser. For paid users we keep only the account, order and entitlement records needed to deliver the service. Files you upload are processed in your browser and never sent to our servers, so there is nothing of that kind on our side to delete. Non-essential cookies are refused by default.
Can I use my own Word template / format?
Yes. In Document Generation you can upload your own .docx as a format shell. We read only its style structure (headings, fonts, header/footer, logo placeholders) and fill it with standards-driven content — all inside your browser. The file is never uploaded and never enters our public library.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital files and reports generated on demand, all sales are final once the file or report is generated. Pro passes are one-time purchases and never auto-renew; the current paid period is not refunded.
How much does it cost?
Forms/Records are free. Single procedures, work instructions and element diagnoses cost $1.9, a Quality Manual $9.9, a full compliance review $9.9, uncertainty evaluation $4.9 — each price covers one delivery (one generation/download). Point packs (11/22/35 points, prepaid credit — every delivery deducts the item cost in points, e.g. 2 for a procedure, 10 for a manual) and membership tiers (one-time, never auto-renew: Pro Monthly $29, Pro Annual $199 — see the pricing page) are also available. What you pay for is the deliverable: a watermark-free, editable Word file generated from the context you enter or upload. Prices are in USD.
How deep is coverage for each country?
The Global ACI general layer is built in for every lab, and CNAS, A2LA, NVLAP, UKAS, NATA, SINGLAS and NABL are all fully structured and can be aligned directly from the built-in knowledge base. Selecting any national body adds its supplementary requirements on top of the Global ACI layer. For ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 there is no country-specific gap to close: the requirements are identical worldwide (Annex SL) and only the national adoption citation changes on the cover. For IATF 16949 the requirements are set by the IATF and applied through IATF-recognized certification bodies. Where a highly specialized local field document is not yet in the base, we say so outright — field-specific alignment against it is not available yet. We never claim depth we do not have.
Which uncertainty methods do you support?
Both the GUM method (JCGM 100:2008, incl. Amd.1:2026) and the Monte Carlo method (JCGM 101:2008). A guided default path lets beginners produce a compliant GUM budget (k=2, ≈95%) in minutes; advanced users can switch to MCM for non-linear or correlated models.
How fast can I get my documents?
Every tool runs free in your browser — the gap heat-map, compliance screening and uncertainty budget render instantly with no login. Paid documents and reports are generated in your browser immediately after checkout and can be downloaded right away.
What languages are supported?
The site runs in English and Simplified Chinese — switch it from the language control in the header, or add ?lang=zh to any URL. Generated documents are produced in English by default; for Chinese submissions you can upload your own bilingual template as a format shell.
Can I add my own private standards or client requirements?
Not yet. Private standards and client requirements cannot be added automatically today — where a body’s field rules are not structured yet, the tool says so outright instead of implying coverage we do not have. Notes you type while using a tool stay in your browser; nothing you type or upload is sent to us or used for training.
Does Pro auto-renew? Can I cancel it?
No. Every tier is a one-time purchase — Pro Monthly $29 or Pro Annual $199. It never auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel; when the period ends, simply buy again if you need more access.
How accurate is the compliance review?
The review compares your file against the clauses the standard actually contains, plus the annexes that apply to your selected standard and country, citing each basis. It is a preparation aid, not a certification or accreditation audit. You — and the body that assesses you — remain responsible for the final content. Always verify against the latest official edition.
