① We provide document generation, compliance review (review comments & recommendations) and calculators — we do NOT provide certification or audit services, and we do not issue certificates. ② All prices are USD on labkitpro.com (international); the China site lizhenhub.com prices in CNY independently. ③ Standard editions and dates follow ISO's official publication; transition deadlines and audit cycles follow the accreditation-side rules (Global ACI transition decisions; ISO/IEC 17021-1 for certification cycles, ISO/IEC 17011 for accreditation bodies). ISO 45001:2027 is still at DIS — every reference stays "expected" until ISO publishes it. ④ The compliance four-pack (calendar, CAPA tracker, document register, weekly brief) is live now — free, no sign-up, data stays local. The only item still "in build" is calendar reminders (auto-nudge on your certification dates) — they will ship free when ready. ⑤ Checkout for the newest items (transition packs) is still being enabled: the button takes your email and we notify you the day it opens.
Refund policy
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file or report is generated. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
- Pro access passes are one-time purchases valid for the chosen period (1 or 12 months) and never auto-renew; the current period is not refunded.
